The Young Gifted Child

The publication titled “The Young Gifted Child: A Guide for Families” was prepared by a committee of experts from the fields of gifted education and early childhood education in order to help parents who believe their preschool children may be gifted.

This brochure describes characteristics and behaviors of gifted children as well as provides guidance to parents on talent development. It also offers information on children’s social and emotional needs, the selection of appropriate schools and additional resources.
