This search returns staff data and salary levels by Ohio school district.
Educator Credentials Download File
This file has been updated and now contains all (‘issued’ and ‘expired’) credential information for all educators in the state. This file is updated every Monday morning unless otherwise noted. To download the file simply right click on the link and select Save Target As…A new dialog box will come up asking you to name the file and select the location where you want to save the file. The file defaults to a text file (.txt). Do not change this file type.
The file is large that it is recommended you use SAS, MS Access or some other data tool that can handle over a million rows. You will also need the file layout which is located here. This document will give you details on the elements in the file.

Educator Issued Credentials Download File
This file holds the active (or ‘issued’) credential information for all educators in the state. This file is updated every Monday morning unless otherwise noted. Also, this file includes the District IRN, Reporting Building IRN, Position Code and Position Description data from the EMIS Reporting System for the most recent school year. To download the file simply right click on the link and select Save Target As…A new dialog box will come up asking you to name the file and select the location where you want to save the file. The file defaults to a text file (.txt). Do not change this file type.
The file is large that it is recommended you use SAS, MS Access or MS Excel 2010 (can handle up to 1,048,576 rows of data). You will also need the file layout which is located here. This document will give you details on the elements in the file.

Staff Member Report
This report will list the staff members assigned to a selection of positions. The report is broken out by County, District and Building. The data are based on the last completed EMIS submission so the results will only be up to date to that point.
You will need to select a school year and may select the county district or building that you are interested in. You can also select the position. If nothing is selected in the second prompt, the results will be for the entire state.
