Deadline to enter data in eTPES for 2012-2013 school year is June 21
The final day to enter, edit or print data in the electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System for the 2012-13 school year is this Friday, June 21. New passwords for the 2013-2014 school year will be sent out after the system reopens in late July. ODE will provide eTPES training to superintendents in August, and principal training will be offered multiple times around the state from August through October.
U.S. Department of Education unveils Principal Ambassador Fellowship
The U.S Department of Education is launching a new program for principals to provide input and expertise to federal staff as well as learn and share the intent of key education policies with colleagues. The Campus Principal Ambassador Fellowship allows principals to participate on a part-time basis from their home locations, in addition to their regular school responsibilities, working in collaboration with USDOE’s regional offices. Interested principals must apply for the 2013-2014 school year no later than July 16.
