Setup underway for electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation Systems (eTPES)
Superintendents or their designees can set up their districts in the electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation Systems (eTPES). Superintendents and superintendent designees who are new to their districts must ensure their role designations and email addresses are current in the Ohio Educational Directory System (OEDS). These individuals will receive an email message with login information.
Administrators who used the system last year and still are in the same district can log in to eTPES using their current logins and passwords. The Department asks superintendents or their designees to complete their setups by Thursday, Oct. 10.
There will be no changes to the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System, Ohio Principal Evaluation System and Ohio School Counselor Evaluations System for 2019-2020.

Superintendents and superintendent designees whose districts are taking part in the pilot for the revised Ohio Teacher Evaluation System will use the new OhioES platform.
