Schools needed to participate in performance assessment pilot
The Ohio Department of Education is again recruiting districts for the Ohio Performance Assessment Pilot Project aimed at creating and testing performance-based assessments, as well as defining the nature and implementation of the tasks used as part of statewide test instruments. The final year provides funding for middle school teachers to create learning tasks and implement them in their classes. More details and the project application are available here. Applications are due Sept. 27. Questions may be directed to Lauren Monowar-Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org or (614) 728-1759.
