Title III data collection survey for 2017-2018 Consolidated State Performance Report due Jan. 18

The Ohio Department of Education is collecting data about Title III programs for Ohio’s 2017-2018 Consolidated State Performance Report. Superintendents of districts and community schools that took part in Title III during the 2017-2018 school year received an email on Jan. 2 with the survey link.
The survey asks for information about the type of language instruction educational programs and activities districts and community schools provided with Title III funds and the number of additional English as a Second Language (ESL) or bilingual-endorsed teachers they expect to need over the next five fiscal years. Please complete the survey by Friday, Jan. 18.
The Consolidated State Performance Report is the required annual reporting tool authorized under Section 8303 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), now the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
