Spread the word: Kids eat free this summer!
Kids eat free with the Summer Food Service Program. The Ohio Department of Education is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program again this summer, providing children through age 18 with free, healthy meals when they lack access to school breakfasts and lunches. Children with disabilities and approved individualized education programs can take part through age 21.
It's easy to participate in the Summer Food Service Program, and families do not need to sign up. Simply call 1-866-3-HUNGRY (1-866-348-6479) or visit education.ohio.gov/KidsEat to find a location near you.
The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by the Ohio Department of Education.
