Deadline for submitting reimbursement requests for School Security Grant Program is Sept. 15
The Ohio School Facilities Commission is now in the reimbursement phase of the first round of the school security grant program. To date, the commission has reimbursed 716 entrance security grants and 253 emergency communications grants.
The deadline to submit reimbursement requests is Sept. 15, 2014. The supporting information that accompanies the reimbursement request must include the invoice(s) and proof of payment. Please submit all of your eligible expenses at one time when you request reimbursement. There is only one reimbursement per grant—additional expenses submitted later will not be reimbursed.
For those schools that requested the MARCS In-school unit, please remember to access the security grant Web application and certify once you have received your MARCS radio and it is up and running.
