Presenters sought for upcoming special education conference: deadline March 20
Don’t miss your chance to present at one of the nation’s premier conferences and leadership institutes addressing autism and other disabilities Nov. 14-16 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The deadline for presenter applications is March 20. Conference planners expect more than 2,000 education leaders from across the nation and world who specialize in educating students with autism and disabilities.
The Special Education Leadership Institute, hosted by the Department’s Office for Exceptional Children, and OCALICON 2018, the annual conference of the Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence, will take place jointly. The leadership institute will focus on key topics, current issues and opportunities to meet the needs and interests of special education leaders.
The Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence is accepting proposals for panel, hands-on interactive and TED talk-style presentations, as well as discussions led by expert facilitators. Find conference and presenter application details here.
