OCALICON 2019 and Special Education Leadership Institute proposal deadline approaching
The deadline is approaching quickly to become part of the nation’s premier autism and disabilities conference and leadership institute, scheduled for Nov. 20-22 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. OCALI is accepting proposals for panel discussions, hands-on interactive sessions, TED-talk style presentations, and discussion sessions through Wednesday, March 27. Find complete details here.
Presenters will join 3,000 autism and disability leaders from Ohio, the nation and the world for three days of active, engaged learning, networking and planning. For the second year, the Special Education Leadership Institute will return to the conference. Hosted by the Office for Exceptional Children, the institute will focus on key topics, current issues and opportunities designed to meet the challenges, needs and interests of special education leaders.
