Register now for Ohio's Spring Education Symposium on March 28; event offered together with Advanced Placement workshop
Ohio's Spring Education Symposium 2014 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center provides a unique forum for Ohio educators to expand their understanding about how to design and select quality assessments for classroom use. Programming for this one-day event will strive to answer the fundamental question every educator asks of themselves: “How can I be truly effective with my teaching and ensure my students are learning what they need to learn for academic success?”

In conjunction with the symposium, the Advanced Placement Network will hold special workshops from 8 a.m. to noon. Sessions will provide guidance for educators who want to offer or improve their Advanced Placement courses, including how to prepare students, use the best classroom practices and support Ohio’s New Learning Standards in course content. Free Practice Advance Placement Tests through INFOhio
The LearningExpress Library contains two full practice tests for each of eight AP exams:

U.S. History and biology also contain a Flash Review eBook that helps students review key concepts before taking the practice test. Digital learning materials available for PALM Initiative
The Purchase Accessible Learning Materials (PALM) Initiative was launched by the National Center on Accessible Instructional Materials to address accessibility to digital learning materials for students with disabilities. These materials are available to curriculum coordinators and school/district administrators responsible for purchasing learning materials.
