Ohio Department of Education and Science Education Council of Ohio present “A Tale of Two Teachers: Lessons Learned”

5/11/2020

The coronavirus pandemic has sent education into a remote learning environment, and educators have had to adapt, ready or not. In response to this change, the Ohio Department of Education and the Science Education Council of Ohio (SECO) have developed a multi-part series for teachers entitled “A Tale of Two Teachers: Lessons Learned.” This three-part series showcases two Ohio teachers who developed platforms for students and parents to follow at home and a methodology for students to provide evidence of learning. Part 1 and Part 2 will each feature one teacher who will share details of what she developed to teach in an online environment. Part 3 will provide educators an opportunity to ask questions and collaborate with colleagues to build foundations for their instruction during the 2020-2021 academic year.
