Application for grant funds: Innovative Strategies for Developing College and Career Readiness for Students with Disabilities


The Ohio Department of Education’s Office for Exceptional Children will award grants to help improve secondary transition service systems across the state. The office will distribute up to 20 grants, each worth up to $125,000.
Applications must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Oct. 11. The office will use the Application for Grant Funds rubric to review each proposal. The Department expects to notify awardees in early November.
