State law requires districts and community schools to administer the state-funded ACT or SAT to all grade 11 students in the spring of the school year. However, beginning in spring 2025, Ohio law allows a parent or guardian to elect for their student not to take the state-funded ACT or SAT. In addition, College Board is hosting Spring Digital SAT office hours via Zoom on Thursdays.

Schools can review the Seizure Action Plan Coalition’s website for information about Seizure Action Plan Awareness week and an awareness toolkit. Ohio law requires school districts, community schools, STEM schools, and chartered nonpublic schools to create and maintain individualized seizure action plans.
