Coaching permit holders have a new requirement

A new state requirement from Ohio Senate Bill 252 (Lindsay’s Law), effective March 14, 2017, affects pupil activity (coaching) permit holders. In early May, the Ohio Department of Health is expected to announce a new course for fulfilling this requirement. As soon as the training is available, we will notify districts of its availability and encourage them to have coaches complete it as soon as possible.
