The Ohio Department of Education has extended the deadline to submit Task 1 for the Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA) by one week to midnight, Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013. The extension is granted to give candidates additional time to complete the “My Profile” section, to complete Task 1 and to resolve any issues related to uploading and segmenting video.
A total of 24 grants from more than 150 individual entities were recommended for a total of $88.6 million in funding Friday by the Straight A Fund Governing Board after a rigorous screening process.
The Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA) software is now updated to assist in video submission. Many other updates will be available Monday, Dec. 9.
