Culinary and Food Service Operations Career Field Technical Content Standards define the knowledge and skills students need to be successful  in this industry.

Hospitality and Tourism courses should be available by Fall of 2015 and new Hospitality and Tourism Career Field Technical Content Standards should be available by Spring of 2015.
