Dropout Recovery Administrative Rules - Stakeholder Engagement Opportunities

In December 2018, Office of Community Schools’ staff presented additional graduation rate benchmark options to the State Board of Education’s Accountability and Continuous Improvement Committee. The State Board subsequently indicated interest in reconsidering previously adopted graduation rate benchmarks for the Dropout Recovery Report Card.

To ensure all interested parties can offer input, the Office of Community Schools posted a survey to solicit your ideas or concerns. All comments from the survey will be compiled and provided to the State Board.

The Dropout Recovery Report Card survey is available here. The survey will be open for responses through 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 19.

In addition, The Office of Community Schools will hold a meeting for stakeholders to share their concerns and recommendations.

When:  February 25, 2019 at 9:30 AM- 12:00 Noon
Where: Department of Natural Resources
             2045 Morse Rd, Columbus,
            OH 43229, Building E-1.
