Important Sponsor Evaluation Update

Good afternoon,

The Department has made updates to the 2017-2018 Sponsor Evaluation Instruments which include incorporating stakeholder feedback and recommendations by sponsors to further clarify the rubric based on information gathered from the sponsor evaluation adjustment review process. The materials are now available for public review and comment through, Monday Nov. 20, 2017. Please send comments to community.schools@education.ohio.gov with the subject line 2017/2018 Sponsor Evaluation. We will hold a stakeholder conference call Monday Nov. 20, 2017, 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Stakeholders can participate in the call by calling 1-614-466-7177, access code: 184738 (Ohio).
 
Additionally, results of sponsor adjustment requests are now available to sponsors in Epicenter. Sponsors who requested adjustments can access the results through the “Sponsor Adjustment Request-Completed” submission type.
