SDC Now Open
The SDC is now open for review of many of the reports related to the 2018 Report Card data.
SDC Release Notes
SDC release notes are posted in a separate SDC Release Notes document on ODE’s website here
. The website provides a list of SDC reports, a high level description of whether or not each report is ready for district review, and any important additional details about the status of the report, including any known issues associated with the report as of the last date the website is updated.
SDC Release Notes will also continue to be included in the EMIS Newsflashes that go out when the SDC is open.

Data Appeal Window Now Open for Early Learning and Child Outcome Data
From Aug. 20 through Aug. 29, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM districts, and educational service centers can review early learning and child outcome summary data reported in EMIS during the 2017-2018 school year.
Superintendents can submit a data appeal in cases where their reported data was inaccurate. Submit appeals by Aug. 29, as described here
using the Forms application in SAFE
- 2018 Data Appeal for Early Learning Assessments and/or
- 2018 Data Appeal for Child Outcome Summary Assessment.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee can complete the data appeal form, but the submission process is not complete until the superintendent or designee approves the form.
