FY19 Child Outcome Summary Assessment (A) Collection, v3
Please refer to the Release Notes
for details regarding this newly posted collection request.
Data Appeal Window Open for Summer Third Grade Reading Data
From Monday, Aug. 26 through Friday, Aug. 30, superintendents and EMIS coordinators should check summer third grade reading data on their test vendor files. Like last year, the Department will use the assessment vendor file instead of requiring districts to report the summer third grade reading assessment data via EMIS. If a superintendent finds inaccurate assessment vendor data, submit an appeal by the Aug. 30 deadline as described here
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee can access and complete the data appeal form. The Department does not consider the form to be officially submitted, however, until the superintendent or designee approves it in the OH|ID portal
For answers to questions about data appeals, please contact the Office of Data Quality
