CTPD Report Card Enrollment
The file contains 2 tabs for CTPD (CTPD_6S1 and CTPD_STUDENT_LEVEL_6S1). These reports show CTPD summary information and student-level detail by CTPD. The summary tabs includes the non-traditional participation numerator, denominator and percentage. The student level detail by CTPD shows if each SSID is a non-traditional participant. If the students is a non-traditional participant and counts in the numerator then a “YES” is indicated in the NON_TRADITIONAL_PARTICIPATION column. if the student is not a non-traditional participant and they do not count in the numerator than a “NO” is indicated in the NON_TRADITIONAL_PARTICIPATION column.

CTPD Report Card Enrollment
The file contains 2 tabs for CTPD (CTPD_6S2 and CTPD_STUDENT_LEVEL_6S2). These reports show CTPD summary information and student-level detail by CTPD. The district summary tabs includes the non-traditional completion numerator, denominator and percentage. The student level detail by CTPD shows if each SSID is a non-traditional completer. CTPD Report Card Enrollment
The file contains 2 tabs for CTPD (CTE_CTPD_ENROLLMENT and CTPD_MEM_DIST_ENROLLMENT). These reports show CTPD member district summary information and student-level detail by CTPD for the ungraded Enrollment measure. The member district summary tabs includes a list of the member districts and the student enrollment count for the CTPD from each district. Please note there is a district named “OTHER” for each CTPD. If a student’s legal district of residence or attending Community or STEM school was not one of the CTPD member districts or if a student had multiple reported legal district of residence that student is counted in the “OTHER” district. The student level detail by CTPD shows by SSID what member district each student is counted back to.

CTPD Report Card End of Course Improvement Indicator
The End of Course Improvement Indicator is new to the 2018 report card. This file contains 2 tabs for CTPD (CTPD_RETAKE_DETAIL and CTPD_RETAKE_SUMMARY). These reports show summary information and student-level detail by CTPD. The summary tab include the overall percentage of assessments where students scored at least one proficiency level higher and indicate whether the CTPD met the indicator. The detail tabs include each SSID and assessment the CTPD was accountable for, as well as a field indicating the proficiency level achieved on the retake in comparison to the previous administration.

CTPD Report Card Indicators Met

These reports are being distributed to the CTPD Lead Districts and consist of 3 tabs:
  • INDICATOR CTPD ROLLUP: report is a summary level report that shows aggregated number of applicable indicators met, number of applicable indicators, indicator met percentage and indicators met grade.
  • CTPD TEST SUBJCT SUMMARY: report is a subject level report that shows aggregated number of test passes, aggregated number of tests taken, proficient percentage, indicator status.
  • CTPD TEST SUBJCT DETAIL: report is a student level report by subject level that shows if a student was proficient and tested in that subject.

CTPD Report Card Prep for Success
This file contains 2 tabs for Career Tech Planning Districts. These reports show the summary information as well as the SSID level detail by CTPD, lead district IRN, and reporting district IRN (CTPD_OUTPUT, CTPD_DETAIL). The Prep for Success measure includes students reported as concentrators from both the 4 and 5 year graduation cohorts. These reports show all the variables that factor into the Prep for Success grade calculation: ACT remediation free, SAT remediation free, Industry Credentials Earned (at least 12 points in a career field), earned an Honors diploma, Dual Enrollment credit (at least 3 hours earned), AP test score, and IB test score. Based on these values the total initial points and bonus points earned are shown by SSID.
