Principal Composite reports for use in 2019 Principal Evaluations 
The Principal Composite Reports provide local education agencies with the employment data for principals and assistant principals that were used to create the principal value-added measure. The reports include up-to-two year composite scores and one- and two-year building scores based on value-added measures from the one or more buildings where the principals and assistant principals served in these roles during the 2017-2018 school year. The electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System (eTPES) now displays two-year principal composites as the default scores. Download and share the Principal Composite files with Superintendents or their designees who complete evaluations for principals and assistant principals. ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for January 2019
Dates and times for the January 2019 ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for district and ITC EMIS staff have been set. Delivery is via Skype for Business and conference call.

Prior registration is required. The January trainings will be offered on five different dates/times. Topics to be discussed during the five trainings will include EMIS Manual Section 2.1.1, FY19 Changes, staff and course reporting, assessments, and any ODDEX updates. Registrants will be able to select a date that best fits their schedule at the time of registration, as long as space is available. Capacity is 150 registrants per session.  

Registration is now available in the STARS application.

A SAFE account and completion of the STARS User Profile are required to register. Search for keyword “EMIS” within the STARS application to locate the trainings. A Skype meeting invitation will be emailed to each registrant by the close of business the day prior to the session. The email invitation will include full instructions for participating in the session, as well as any handouts.
