ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for March 2018
Dates and times for the March 2018 ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for district and ITC EMIS staff have been set. Delivery is via Skype for Business and conference call.

Prior registration is required. The March trainings will be offered on six different dates/times. The six trainings will include topics related to the Data Collector Reports, Assessment (A) Collections, Majority of Attendance, and other updates/topics. Registrants will be able to select a date that best fits their schedule at the time of registration, as long as space is available. Capacity is 150 registrants per session.  

Registration is now available in the STARS application.

A SAFE account and completion of the STARS User Profile are required to register. Search for keyword “EMIS” within the STARS application to locate the trainings. A Skype meeting invitation will be emailed to each registrant. The email invitation will include full instructions for participating in the session, as well as any handouts.

2018 March D Follow-Up Concentrator CTPD Technical Achievement
CTPD_DETAIL_TECH_ASSMNT_PART: report is a comprehensive student level file of all of the students that fall under the CTPD, that shows if the assessments taken by concentrators who left secondary education in FY17 align to their program of concentration. This information will be used as Technical Skill Participation measure on the CTE Report Card. The file contains CTPD IRN, member district IRN, SSID, reported program of concentration, technical assessment, alignment status for the student and lead district IRN. ALIGNED TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT means the student took the correct assessment; NOT ALIGNED TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT means the student took an assessment but it was not aligned to the reported program of concentrations; NO TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT means no assessment was reported for the student.
