Reminder: January 2021 ODE ITC EMIS Trainings Start Soon
Remember that the January 2021 ODE ITC EMIS Training sessions start soon. A full schedule is posted on our website, and registration is still open for all sessions. Some of the topics to be discussed during these sessions include new learning model and connectivity data reporting, staff and course reporting, March D Follow-up, and Third Grade Reading Guarantee reminders.
 
New Training Evaluation and Attendance Acknowledgement Process
Beginning with the January 2021 ODE ITC EMIS training sessions, we will be collecting your feedback via an online survey. This new format will give us access to better, more immediate feedback and statistics about these trainings, which will then allow us to be even more responsive to your input. This will also be easier for you as you will no longer have to deal with a pdf or email anything to us. You can access, complete, and submit the online evaluation survey on your computer or your mobile device.
 
This new evaluation process also provides an acknowledgement of attendance immediately upon submitting a completed survey. After you fill in your survey and click on “submit”, you will see a page that thanks you for your feedback and acknowledges your attendance. Be sure to capture or print this page and retain it for your records. We will no longer be providing these acknowledgements via email.
 
Evaluation submission will be open for two weeks after the final session. For example, the final January session is on Friday, January 22, 2021, and the evaluation for the January sessions will close at the end of the day on Friday, February 5, 2021. Once the evaluation period for a session ends, you will no longer be able to submit a response or receive an acknowledgement of attendance.
