The SDC is now available to districts and has been updated with FY2014 Yearend student and testing information submitted to ODE as of Wednesday, July 9th, at 5:00 pm. The SDC will close again on Friday evening for normal weekend processing.

ODE EMIS Training Scheduled for this Summer
ODE has scheduled a second round of ITC training visits starting on July 14, 2014. Topics for discussion include: Student Cross Reference, SOES for Districts, Retention Reporting and Summer OAA Reporting Windows. Please refer to the attached schedule
for dates and locations. EMIS Coordinators interested in attending at a location other than the ITC used for EMIS submissions will need to contact that ITC in advance to ensure space is available.
New EMIS Coordinator Training for Community Schools
The Office of Data Quality and Governance is hosting New EMIS Coordinator Training for Community Schools on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Ohio Center for Safety and Health (OCOSH) in Pickerington.
Registration for this event is currently available in the STARS application through Friday, August 1, 2014. To register, participants must have a SAFE Account and must complete the STARS User Profile. Search for keyword “EMIS” within the STARS application to locate the training.
