Updated FY15 Traditional District Final Student (S) Data Reporting Collection Request - v5
An updated FY15 Traditional District Final Student (S) Data Collection Request is now available.  Please review the FY15 Traditional District Final Student (S) Collection Release Notes attached to this e-mail for pertinent information about the collection request.

FY14 Graduate (G) Reporting Closing
The FY14 Graduate (G) Reporting Collection Request will close Friday, August 7, 2015.

Initial SCR Withdrawn To IRN Check
When Withdrawal Reason “41” is reported with an FS end date that is less than both the Reporting LEA and Withdrawn To IRN minimum school year end dates (minus 15 days), a WTIC conflict error will be generated
  • if the SSID is not reported by the Withdrawn To IRN, or
  • if the Withdrawn to IRN is reporting the SSID, but is not pointing back to the entity that reported the “41” Withdrawal Reason.
This check does not apply to JVSD or ESC reporting entities.

Update to SCR Withdrawn To IRN Check Released
The WTIC conflict will no longer be flagged on a number of situations where there are 3 districts involved.  If the District Relationship is a “3” and the Sent To Reasons are TS, PS, SE, FC, OE, CI, 64, NI, CS or TI, the records are no longer included in the WTIC check.  Any prior WTIC conflicts flagged before the update that meet this new criteria will be resolved and will display with a strike-through.

The update ran last night and has resolved 11,000 errors. As of today, if you report a student with a District Relationship of “3” and any of the above-mentioned Sent To Reasons, the student’s record you’ve reported will now be excluded from the check.
