FY20 March (D) Follow-up Collection Extended
The FY20 March (D) Follow-up Collection has been extended. Originally scheduled to close April 10, 2020, it will now close May 1, 2020.
Updated FY20 EMIS Data Collection Calendar Posted
An updated version of the EMIS Data Collection Calendar for 2019-2020 has been posted. It can be found on the Department website.
ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for April/May 2020
New dates and times for the postponed April 2020 ODE ITC EMIS Trainings for district and ITC EMIS staff have been set. Though originally scheduled to be face-to-face sessions at the ITCs, these sessions will now be via Skype for Business and conference call.

Prior registration is required. The April/May trainings will be offered on five different dates/times. Topics to be discussed during the five trainings will include the Secure Data Center, calendar reporting, Where Kids Count, and EMIS changes. Registrants will be able to select a date that best fits their schedule at the time of registration, as long as space is available. Capacity is 150 registrants per session.  

Registration is now available in the STARS application.

An OH|ID account and completion of the STARS User Profile are required to register. Search for keyword “EMIS” within the STARS application to locate the trainings. A Skype meeting invitation will be emailed to each registrant by the close of business the day prior to the session. The email invitation will include full instructions for participating in the session, as well as any handouts.
