Important Reports Moved to Forms Application Within SAFE
The ODE Office of Communication and Outreach sent the following message to superintendents and other administrators earlier today.
Because some districts had difficulty with access last week, the department has moved all files within the Collaboration Center to the Forms application within SAFE. Superintendents, superintendent-designees, treasurers and EMIS coordinators who have role assignments in the Ohio Educational Directory System (OEDS) now have access to the Forms application and the following reports:
  • Prepared for Success District Reports – Districts should verify this student graduate record data in their reports before the June 3 close of the EMIS reporting window.
  • Principal Composites – These reports will assist superintendents in verifying principal composite scores that appear in the electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System (eTPES).
  • Math and Science Teacher Value-Added Composites – Updated teacher reports for select grades 6-8 mathematics and science teachers in a few districts whose superintendents were notified last week of these reports.
Please note the department will continue working to update the Collaboration Center. In the meantime, district representatives should use the files in the Forms application to access these reports. We appreciate your patience in the last few days as we work to address this situation.
To access all reports:
Log into SAFE and click on the Forms application. Then, click on the folder for your district, choose District Document Exchange from the menu, and open the ODE Document folder.
