FY18 College Credit Plus Review Open
Traditional districts, community schools, and JVSDs should begin reviewing summer and fall College Credit Plus enrollment information within ODDEX this month. LEAs have 30 days to review data before a student is auto-approved and the district is billed for the cost of the course.

There are a few new flags/review codes that LEAs can apply to records to more specifically indicate why the district believes it should not be responsible for the cost of the course. All of these new codes are for cases where the student is enrolled in the LEA but there is an issue with payment.

ENRL_BUT_SHOULD_BE_ALT_PAY_AMT
Student is enrolled in this district as of snapshot date; but LEA has alternative payment agreement that is not indicated for this student

ENRL_BUT_DIFF_LEA_TO_PAY
Student is enrolled in this district as of snapshot date; but also in another LEA who should be paying for this course

ENRL_BUT_NOT_IN_COURSE
Student is enrolled in this district as of snapshot date; but not in this course or dropped course before census date

In addition to the new review codes, it is important for LEAs to submit their course data for CCP if they have not already done so. Both Student Standing (FS) sent reason PS and enrollment in CCP courses in the LEA data are used to determine who is responsible for paying for a course when 2 or more LEAs have a student enrolled.
