FY16 Graduation/Prepared for Success data review window opened Oct. 24
Starting yesterday, Monday, Oct. 24, through Thursday, Nov. 10, superintendents are required to review Fiscal Year 2016 Graduation and Prepared for Success data from EMIS that impacts the graduation rate and Prepared for Success data on the 2017 report card. Please use the “FY 2017 EMIS Report Card Data Review for Graduate” form in SAFE.
If your district has inaccurate data, you should submit an appeal by the Nov. 10 deadline as described here. Please use the “Fiscal Year 2016 EMIS Data Appeal for Graduate” form.
The superintendent, treasurer, EMIS coordinator and superintendent designee have access to fill out both forms. However, they are not submitted officially to the department until the superintendent completes the approval process. Please note that both forms only require the superintendent’s approval.
