Ohio EVAAS Site to Be Updated on October 3
Ohio’s value-added vendor, SAS, hosts a website with both public access and secure access where districts can see their value-added data. The website still is loaded with 2018 growth data, but will be refreshed on the evening of October 3, 2019 to show 2019’s information. Until the site is refreshed, the data will not match what is shown on the 2019 report cards. Please know that when the site is refreshed, 2018 reports no longer will be available. Districts that want to save copies of their 2018 district, school or teacher value-added reports will have until early October to log into the site located here and download the reports. Once the refresh is complete, the site will match the data that is shown on the 2019 report cards. Several HELP files embedded within the EVAAS site offer users information on how to download their 2018 reports.

You can register now in STARS; registration closes October 8 at noon.
