SDC Now Open

The Secure Data Center (SDC) has been updated with data submitted as of July 19, 2013 and is now open for data verification.  The SDC will close again on Friday, August 2nd at noon for further updates.

SDC Release Notes

Corrected Issues:

There were some districts that did not report FN records for several of their students.  Based on the FS records submitted by the district, ODE determined the Majority of Attendance IRN for these students and applied it toward the determination of the Where Kid Count IRN for the student.

The denominator for the alternate assessment cap demotion process was calculated incorrectly for a couple of districts.

Known Issues Being Researched:

The new additional performance level for accelerated students for the performance index has not been implemented yet.  When implemented, this process will increase the performance level of an accelerated student who scores proficient or higher by one performance level for the performance index calculation.  If the student scored at the “Advanced” performance level the student’s level would be increased to a new category (Advanced Plus) for the purpose of calculating the performance index.

The Graduate Collection Request for FY12 Reporting was Reopened Today

The Collection Request for the FY12 Graduate (G) reporting period was reopened today.  Districts have until midnight on August 9th to report any additional diplomas that were not included in the original FY12 (G) window.  Districts are not required to submit during this final window.  If a district submits, ALL graduate data must be included.  It is not possible to only submit the student(s) missed previously.
