SDC Now Available

The SDC is now available to districts and has been updated with FY2013 Yearend student and testing information submitted to ODE as of Monday at 5:00 pm.  The SDC will close again this evening for further updating and will re-open later in the week. 

Changes:

At this time, only the "Reports for Analysis" folder is available to district and school personnel. Data processing for the formal reports is currently being completed, and reports are expected to be available soon.  The new reports will include the following:

• The old reports "Indicators & Rating" and "Performance Index Summary" have been merged into a new "Achievement" report that aligns with the Achievement component of the new Report Card.

• "Graduation Rates" is a new report that aligns with the Graduation Rate component of the new Report Card.

• "Gap Closing" is a new report that aligns with the Gap Closing component of the new Report Card.

• The Progress components of the new Report Card are still in development and will be published later in the summer, as availability of Value Added data approaches.

In addition, the folder "Local Report Card & AYP" has been split into two folders. AYP is not a factor in the Local Report Card letter grades, but is still computed to meet federal requirements.
