FY21 Compliance Trainings
We will conduct FY21 Compliance Training on January 19 and February 2 from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM. Both dates will cover the same content. Please choose one to attend.
The session will review the three tier monitoring protocol for Consolidated ESEA monitoring, introduce the new Monitoring and Tracking System recently deployed at Ohio Department of Education, provide the timeline for monitoring in FY 21, processes, and completion. The session will benefit all districts that receive federal funds through the Consolidated ESEA application. Please use your OH|ID to login and access STARS to register for these events.
Office of Federal Programs Monthly Topic Sessions
Each month, the Office of Federal Programs will hold a session on a specific topic. The sessions are to provide training and updated information on each relevant topic.
These sessions will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Individual sessions will be rescheduled as needed and in observance of holidays.

New Coordinators Academy Trainings
The New Coordinators Academy is an introductory series that will go through monthly topics relevant to the work of a new coordinator. New coordinators will learn about activities they should attend to each month, how to create a system for compliance to federal programs throughout the school year, key information on each fund, and navigating the systems for federal programs such as CCIP, Compliance, NPDS, etc.
These sessions will be held on the third Thursday of each month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Individual sessions will be rescheduled as needed and in observance of holidays.
