The Resources for Social Studies webpage provides links on the importance of elementary social studies, professional organizations, tips on using primary sources, making connections with social studies and careers and more. Be sure to check out the Pearltrees for Social Studies. This is a collaborative website to store thoughts, links, videos and notes. Teachers can easily post ideas or "pearls" on specific topics or series of topics.
