Learning tools available through Ohio Leadership Advisory Council

There’s no denying it – you wear a lot of hats. That's why the Ohio Leadership Advisory Council has developed a series of online learning tools that can help personalize your learning experience and accelerate professional growth in Ohio’s new evaluation systems.

Evaluation Crosswalks support professional development

The council’s newest online resources are Evaluation Crosswalks designed to support you while you plan for professional development. The Evaluation Crosswalks align the superintendent, principal, and teacher standards to guiding questions, relevant modules, and other reputable resources that can be used to enrich performance and deepen engagement in school improvement processes. These tools can be used to complete professional growth plans for the Ohio Superintendent Evaluation System, Ohio Principal Evaluation System or Ohio Teacher Evaluation System.

Searchable video library

Looking for videos of best practices in action? Come browse the Ohio Leadership Advisory Council’s library of more than 100 education videos from right here in Ohio. With the council’s brand new video filtering, you can create a totally customized search, sorting videos by topics of interest, location, grade level, team level, etc. Best of all, the videos are free and available for download.
