The Ohio Department of Education is currently developing an electronic process for submitting middle school waiver resolutions. The department will notify all superintendents by email once the process is complete.
School boards of education may move forward with creating and passing the waiver resolution. However, you will need to keep the resolution until you receive notification about the submission process.
