Please remember to register for student growth measures training related to the electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System (eTPES)
The department highly encourages superintendents, principals and other administrators who have responsibility for making decisions associated with student growth measures to register for one of the essential half-day training sessions that educational service center staff are conducting now through April. The training will help administrators meet milestones on the evaluation timeline for the next few months, especially the legal requirements for completing teacher evaluations by May 1 and preparing written reports of the evaluations by May 10.
In the training, participants will learn about important procedures that will help them enter data correctly within the electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System (eTPES) for calculation of the final student growth measures rating. In addition, attendees will learn how to complete the Final Summative Report for each educator. Register for a session in STARS through your SAFE account by searching with keyword eTPES.
