How to edit a registration record in CORE
Program coordinators are able to edit certain fields in the CORE Resident Educator Registration section for the current 2017-2018 school year through the “Manage Educator” tab. The Department designed this tab’s functionality so that program coordinators could update the registration information when a resident educator moves from one district to another during the school year. The fields that are editable are Work/Education Organization, PC/Fiscal Organization, Mentor/Facilitator/Colleague and Credential. Once the program coordinator makes changes by editing the Fiscal Organization field, the Resident Educator Program Coordinator field will automatically populate with the updated information. Edits are saved automatically and a pop-up box will appear confirming that the change has been made.
To edit a record, please go to the Manage Registrations tab in CORE and enter the educator state ID for the educator whose information you will be editing. Once the educator’s information appears, click on the blue “View” button. You will then see the Resident Educator Program Registration for that resident educator, where you will make your edits.
