“I am a Digital Learner” video contest deadline is Jan. 6
As part of the third annual Digital Learning Day celebration, Ohio students can showcase their creative talents and technology skills through the “I am a Digital Learner” video contest. A student may create a video as an individual or as part of a team.
Videos are to feature technology students actually use and be one to three minutes in length. Teachers or school administrators must submit the videos and the registration forms for student entrants using the information posted here. Please review the contest rules for students, as well as those for the parents and educators submitting entries. The submission deadline for videos is 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, Jan. 6.
The Ohio Educational Technology Conference, Jan. 27-29, will feature the finalists’ videos. Winners will be announced on Digital Learning Day, Feb. 5, and featured on the Digital Learning Day website. Digital Learning Day is a national campaign to spotlight successful instructional practice and effective use of tec hnology across the country. It provides an opportunity to celebrate Ohio’s commitment to increasing student access to quality digital and blended learning.
