Reading Recovery conference is Feb. 1-4
Teachers, reading specialists, school administrators, literacy coaches, pre-service educators and others who are interested in meeting the diverse needs of all students may be interested in the National Reading Recovery and K-6 Classroom Literacy Conference to be held in Columbus, Feb. 1-4. The conference will feature 115 sessions led by nationally known literacy experts. Topics will focus on all aspects of K-6 literacy including comprehension, struggling readers, writing, building on students’ strengths, Common Core State Standards, response to intervention, non-fiction, English language arts, assessments, literacy coaching, Reading Recovery and children’s literature.
