Notice to JVSD & ESC superintendents

Joint Vocational School District/ESC Superintendent

The home district of the students attending your school will make the selection of either the ACT or SAT test. Therefore, you will not be receiving an ACT/SAT selection survey. However, you may collaborate with local districts, community schools and chartered nonpublic schools to facilitate the administration of the state-funded college and career readiness tests to students attending your school. In offering to collaborate, you may be required to facilitate the administration of both the ACT and SAT if your school serves students from multiple districts that choose different tests. If a home district works with your school to administer the test, the home district will provide contact information to the selected test vendor and establish your school as a test site.

We encourage this type of collaboration in order to provide the best options for your students.
