The Office of Educator Licensure (OEL) is committed to ensuring that Ohio schools and school districts receive the highest quality customer service from ODE. A key element of that customer service plan is providing all superintendents, human resources directors and deans/heads of teacher education with a regional licensure consultant to serve as a “go to” person and direct contact for licensure questions and issues.
