House Bill 1 of the 128th General Assembly requires the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) to report performance data based on the achievement assessments taken by students receiving the EdChoice Scholarship.
The assessment data reported are from the Spring administrations of the OAA and OGT. The data are reported by the school district in which the EdChoice students live. Assessment data for school districts with fewer than 10 EdChoice students taking the assessments in a specific grade level are NOT reported.
