Students with Disabilities Placed Out of District or Parentally Placed in Chartered and Nonchartered Nonpublic Schools

There are instances where students with disabilities are placed out of district. The documents below will assist with determining which district is responsible for providing services on the individualized education program (IEP) and the cost of those services when a student is placed out of district or parentally placed in Ohio chartered and nonchartered nonpublic schools.
