Update on U.S. Department of Education Title VI Compliance Certification

As a reminder, based on the directive from United States Department of Education (U.S. Ed), the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce previously requested that all entities receiving federal funds submit their signed certification responses by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 18.

According to the U.S. Ed, failure to comply with this deadline may jeopardize access to federal funding.

If a district has already submitted certification, no further action is required at this time.
