New Ohio Human Capital Resource Center learning opportunities

Educators are key to the success of students. Since 2018, the Ohio Human Capital Resource Center has been at the forefront of supporting Ohio educators in finding, nurturing, and elevating talent within Ohio’s schools and districts.

In addition, the following professional learning opportunities are available for spring 2024:

  • Addressing Educator Workforce Needs: Engage & Retain: June 7 (in person) or June 4 and 18 (virtual)
    • This free training focuses on addressing educator workforce needs by exploring strategies for engaging and retaining talent in the organization.
  • The Art of Listening Networking Session: June 25
    • Districts can use stay surveys to collect feedback from employees on their job satisfaction, engagement, and areas for improvement, with the goal of identifying and addressing potential problems to improve employee morale and create a more positive work environment.
  • Join the 2024-2025 Professional Learning Cohort:
    • Through this experience, teams from organizations across the state will unlock their collective potential by learning about and applying human capital best practices to solve a pressing problem of practice. Watch for more information to share with your district and school contacts about this opportunity!
