Updated Third Grade Reading Guarantee guidance manual available

An updated version of the Third Grade Reading Guarantee guidance manual is now available on the Department’s website. The revised manual includes the most recent updates regarding the Reading Diagnostic, Reading Improvement and Monitoring Plans, high-dosage tutoring, promotion or exemption, and more.
