Final chance to correct staff and course, calendar data

Data correction windows close July 31

From Thursday, July 23 through Friday, July 31, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following Fiscal Year 2026 data:

• Final Calendar
• Final Staff and Course

These data may affect measures on the 2026 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to correct these data.

Superintendents, EMIS coordinators, and superintendent designees all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
